Packard was so busy Friday that there were not enough anesthesiologists to handle the patient load. Since Emily's treatment is not considered an emergency she has to wait until Monday. Her procedure is scheduled for 12:10 in the afternoon.
Besides Emily the rest of us are still getting better from the stomach flu bug we had this week, so no big plans for the weekend.

That is so wildly sad that the children's hospital is that busy. Gosh.
I hope you all recover from the nasty flu and can enjoy this summer weekend. Think of you all a lot and check for updates daily still. :)
Good luck next week! We will be thinking of you. We will miss you in Alaska, we had so much fun when we went with you guys before. We Probably won't have access to a computer so won't be posting but wishing all goes well and hope it is a very speedy hospital stay.
